Beef Directly from Farm to Table
Our beef is 100% hormone and additive-free. All our beef is raised on our farm. Our finishers are grass raised and corn/grain-finished. Each animal has a unique tag number from birth so we can keep a complete history of them. We choose the best in our herd to go to our local butcher for processing. It is then aged for 10-14 days and the cuts are wrapped in butcher paper and flash-frozen to keep the freshness.
How It Works
Wholesale
There are three sizes of wholesale beef we offer are quarter, half, and whole. A quarter beef also known as a split half is where you get an equal half amount from the front quarter and hind quarter on half a cow.
Individual Cuts
Sometimes buying wholesale isn't a realistic option. You do need to have the freezer space to hold it all. That's why we also offer individual cuts. You can buy ala carte or we have different boxes to choose from. Not everything is in stock all the time, but we work hard to fulfil all our orders as soon as we can.

What kind of beef do you sell?
We sell hormone-free, ethically and locally raised, corn-fed beef. Our beef is not grass-fed. We have been producing this same beef and it has fed our families for over 25 years.
What do you feed your cattle?
We feed corn-silage, grain and hay, all raised ourselves.
How does ordering work?
You place an order through our website and it will be fulfilled in a few days if we have it in stock. If it shows as deposit that means it is not in stock and someone will reach out.
Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive a notification to book pickup or deliver (for orders over $200).
How do I pay for my order?
or wholesale beef: We require a deposit upfront and once your beef is fully processed we will calculate the rest of the cost.
For individual cuts: you pay for a portion of the cut at the time of order and then you will receive an updated invoice once your order is fulfilled.
For ground beef and stewing beef: these come in 1lb packages, so the price you pay at the time of order is for 1lb.
We take e-transfer, credit, debit, and cash.
